From the first conversation to final commissioning, every wellness project is managed as one integrated design and engineering process.

Concept & Design
We develop the wellness concept around the architecture and desired experience. This may include spatial planning, sauna or hammam layouts, material concepts, lighting, equipment positioning and 3D visualisation.

Technical Engineering
We develop the technical solution including heater specification, controls and automation, ventilation, electrical requirements, lighting, sound, insulation, construction details and equipment-room requirements.

Materials & Equipment
Materials and equipment are selected according to the architecture, climate, intended use, performance requirements and budget.

Installation & Integration
We coordinate and/or carry out the installation and integration of the sauna or wellness environment, including timber construction, heaters, controls, lighting, automation and specialist wellness equipment.

Commissioning & Support
The completed system is checked, commissioned and prepared for operation. We provide technical information and ongoing support for the project.
