We currently offer delivery within Cyprus and international shipping to selected destinations.

Cyprus Delivery

For orders within Cyprus, we offer the following delivery options:

Local delivery by Poolspacy
Courier delivery for suitable products
Local pickup

Delivery costs and estimated delivery times depend on the product, order size and delivery location. The applicable delivery cost will be shown at checkout where available or confirmed with the customer before dispatch.

For large or bulky products, such as sauna materials, sauna equipment, spa equipment and other oversized items, delivery may be arranged separately.

International Shipping

For deliveries outside Cyprus, we use established international courier services, including DHL and UPS.

International shipping is available for suitable products and destinations. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package size, weight and selected service.

For larger, heavier or special-order products, please contact us before placing an order so that we can provide an individual shipping quotation.

International deliveries may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DHL provides international express and parcel services from Cyprus, including door-to-door services to destinations worldwide. UPS also provides international shipping services from Cyprus, with rates depending on destination, service and applicable surcharges.

Order Processing

Orders for products in stock are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

Custom-made, special-order and made-to-order products may require additional processing time. The estimated lead time will be confirmed before the order is fulfilled.
